Don’t die ,just yet,Blog!!

Utter boredom.Ever been through it ?When you feel nothing, nothing is worth the effort ?So,thats how the past week has been ,for reasons, unknown even to me.Its just a phase,I guess.Passing time increasing and then decreasing heater level [its never just right for me],lying lifeless on couch with just no drive to do anything .And,yea watching loads and loads of Lollu Sabha.I never used to get what all the big fuss was about Lollu Sabha earlier.Whats the big idea of watching mokkai after mokkai ?Overexaggerated acting[especially, the little Senthil look alike. He needs to first start his engine, get some steering and then only speak his dialogues].And I was not particularly fond of mokkais at that time.I had a 9.5 hour job.I got enough of mokkais at work to handle. But now ,it has all changed.I find Lollu Sabha absolutely hilarious[After I started blogging??].Every one of them ,Jeeva,Manohar and the steering-and-then-dialogue-speaking Senthil look-alike.Maybe I’ve more time to appreciate mokkais. And ,mainly,a lot of credit goes to the new kid on the block,Jeeva. He is such a perfect mimicry artist. He imitates such subtle mannerisms its a treat to watch him.Santhanam earlier was good but he spoke all the dialogues in his own style. This guys more fun.Sigh.Now I’m too bored to even update anything more on this post.Anyone, who has faced utter absolute boredom like this, tell me how to handle it.

I like lollu sabha…esp that bakery (spoofiing pokkiri ) ;) definitely it is lot better than without santhanam, that guy with his poor PJ and double meaning. These guys are real good :)

Lollu sabha is undoubtedly the best comedy you can have…. top of my head when Jeeva/Vijay sings – “Nee entha ooru naan entha ooru mugavari thevaiyilla” and Manohar says “Mugavari Ajithu padmnugarthunaala thaaney thevaiyillangara”
    LOL !!

btw: beating ultimate boredom and restlessness
    1. Watching seinfeld or Friends … too addictive and a best timepass … get all the 10 seasons of friends start from first and watch till the10th .. you have around 240 episodes..

    2. go for Russell peters standup comedy

    3. Movies … imdb.com search for a movie of the genre you like read the plot outline, rating – go to a near by shop and rent it !! I did this those days right after the college until i joined work. My joining date was like 3 months after my coll. last day – and watched some 200 movies !!

    3 a day !!

    So here you go !!

sreekrishnan : Unfortunately English dvds are not available that easily here :-( I’ve been looking in the net for Friends and Seinfeld.I could watch them all day long :-)

Siva: Yea,actually i started to watch Lollu sabha only in the past one week ! Boredom ! those guys do make me laugh sometimes, though.

I don’t know how you are able to bare with “Lollu sabha” and stuff… I coundn’t count more than 10 while watching it…

By the way, on boredom, you can do any of the following things:

    1. Just get out of the place – even it is your home. Go out – take a vehicle – or catch a bus! you boredom will fly away… (Going shopping is not recommended though ;)

    2. Open laptop and just browse endlessly – youtube, yahoo answers, yahoo groups, bored.com, howstuffworks.com, soyouwanna.com, wikipedia – there are n-number of places to dwell

    3. Slowly clean house – one thing at a time – i know you need energy for this – anyway, i do this sometimes.

    4. Behave like a child – I cut pictures and stick it all over the home.. kind of funny

    5. You could read something spooky – like asimov, harry potter stories etc.

    6. Play with gadgets – i try to figure what every button in my DVD remote does actually

    7. Music – although initially you may be lazy to pick a song – slowly it will catch and you will run one song after the other

    8. Watch Discovery or NGC – you could also watch wrestling, motor race or some unknown sports

    9. Calculate your bank balance and savings etc. – review your credit cards, payments This should interest you anytime :)

    10. Last but not least, listen to somebody talking – you have to catch somebody talkative enough though! :)
