I think I can finally call myself an experienced cook.Points in favor -
- I can actually think up of a dish with whats available in the fridge at any given point.
- I have stopped running to the laptop and frantically searching for some particular recipe in some particular blog that gave me amazing results the first time I made it.And ,yeah,I generally do the running only halfway through my cooking.Never the one to start early.
- And ,the most important point.I never taste what I cook when its done.I just pack it up for all the guinea pigs around (that includes me ,as well).Go ,folks,go suffer at your office or at your grandmas home (thats for The Little Terror).Just don’t tell me how it was.
And ,I’ve also realised another very important thing.Lots of experience doesn’t necessary translate to quality improvement, you know.Experience ,sometimes ,means you just stop worrying about the end result.You know how its going to be anyway.
